Why Early Access?

“The game is fully playable at this state, but would like feedback from players to improve it, find and fix bugs...”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Around 6 months - a year, depends on the time needed for the improvements.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Probably some values need adjustment (player speed for example).
Also I am open minded on changing mechanics such as wining conditions, use of stamina, implement random events.
Achievements will be added for sure, this is high priority.
Will also include new player characters so you can fight with style!
Also want to improve user interface.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game if functional, you may play on the same computer, Lan and internet, some bugs might appear. Also want to implement some mechanics.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Probably not, I think the price is well adjusted right now, depends on how much work require the final game.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Feel free to send me your suggestions, I am really looking for them, so I can make a more fun game.”

About This Game

Top Punch is a quick match boxing game, just jump into the ring and start fighting your opponent.
You may play with a friend on the same computer, LAN or Internet (the host must open the port on the router).
To invite a friend to a on-line game, just create the lobby (remember to open the port, wich can be changed on options menu), and invite your friend to your lobby, as soon as you both are ready, the game will prepare everything to start fighting.
Rules are easy, you have got two minutes to hit your opponent's head using either fists, the player who gets more hits win the match, there might be some testing on some new mechanics as blocking, read the Early Access description for more information.
The game features quick two minutes combats, and will keep track of the score. More modes could be added based on players feedback.
Inspired in old boxing titles, simple and fun. Still on early access, but fully functional, you may share your thoughts and help me finish the game, only new mechanics are missing.
